The Director of New Visions is responsible for the New Visions Art Gallery within Marshfield Clinic.
The Director manages all aspects of the nonprofit art gallery including staff and volunteer supervision, exhibits and educational programming, fundraising, community networking and promotion.
The Director has a dual reporting relationship to the Board of New Visions and Marshfield Clinic Director, Business Development.
We seek a motivated, responsible individual with a Bachelor's degree in art or a related field and a minimum 5 years of demonstrated skill in gallery/museum or arts management including development, finance, exhibit planning, design and communication preferred. Proficiency in design, layout, database and word processing computer programs required.
