The Robert H.N. Ho Family Foundation ("the Foundation") was established by Robert Hung Ngai Ho in 2005 as an independent philanthropic organisation aiming to promote Chinese culture, art education and Buddhist philosophy. The Foundation has a strong belief in the importance of educating the whole person, and to allowing personal inquiry and expression to cultivate understanding of other people and to bring about positive change in the world. The Foundation operates on the principle that arts are fundamental to society and that, through appreciation of art but also participation in its creation, individuals can develop holistically and attain a better understanding of themselves and of the world. An important component of the vision is the role of Buddhism in helping people approach issues in their lives and the broader world with clarity and integrity.
