• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with multiple New York, national and international clients, artists and press in a fast-paced environment

• In-depth knowledge and love of the performing arts a plus
Responsibilities include:
• Writing press releases, pitch letters, photo tips and other press materials
• Pitching stories to print, web and broadcast media on New York, national, regional and international levels
• Arranging/attending media functions such as press conferences, interviews and photo shoots.
• Attending day and evening client performances, rehearsals and benefit galas
