Leading performing arts organization in Chicago seeks full time telemarketing manager for 1.2 million dollar campaign.
The telemarketing manager is responsible for all aspects of day to day campaign operations including, but not limited to, caller recruitment, training and supervision; staff motivation and incentives; script writing; creation/implementation of sales strategies;lead management and distribution; weekly reports.
Must be professional, creative, committed and driven
We want the best! We are looking for a well-qualified manager with a proven history of successful campaigning for the arts and the kind of hands-on, take-charge leadership style necessary to train and motivate a team of up to 25 salespeople.
2 to 4 years performing arts-related telemarketing and/or telefundraising management experience required.
